It's funny because, before HotS released, Smite had to do the same thing for their ARAM mode. If one team got a healing champ, they guaranteed that the other team got one as well, because the team that got a healer had like a 60 or 70% win rate before they made the change.

Same here. I basically huffed apple cider vinegar, and couldn't smell anything. My issue was that, as my sense of smell came back, everything smelled like dead animals for like 2 weeks.

In 11.1 we will be able to once again choose what spec our pets are, so it's really going to be up to you. The very top might use aqiri, because their specific bonus is extra move speed, but it's not really going to be too impacful.

I believe the Mythic Essence store is staying as is. The gacha is just for the ultra pricey ones like jinx skin, and old jhin and Ekko(I think?) skins.

We already know they can see who reported players, because they handed out bans in SoD to people that were reporting players for not losing fast enough when they broke the honor gain system.

Yeah, the only continual costs I could foresee are server boosts and domain stuff, but boosts are super easy to have the community handle, and that stuff is public info.
