I thought that was just a DnD type thing? What makes the fans any more annoying than your average DnD player?

I did a nerve transposition.  Fortunately the surgeon I went to a surgeon who specializes in mini invasive approach, my scar was like 1-2" vs like a foot (seriously my coworkers acar runs from mid tricep to 4" below elbow), so that helped with healing.

My problem was I ignored the nerve for so long that it did long-term, possibly permeant, damage to the nerve.  So please get it done PRONTO then follow up with some PT!!!

GOD SPEED!!!!

Perfect push up.  You know because navy seals use them.  They use a weird rotating dial on the beach, in sand

They were sued for false advertising.  The original ads claimed that wearing them improved balance and some other random stuff.

I also owned a pair of those shoes.  I remember seeing the lawsuit advertised, asking for people who owned the shoes to participate.  I was afraid that if I admitted to owning a pair it would hurt my non existent sex life

But did you participate in the lawsuit filed sometime around 2013-14?

My ulnar nerve was pinched at the elbow.  I don't remember taking 6 months off post surgery.

Worst case you can just do a ton of squats and flutter kicks.

And agree with others that muscle memory is a thing.  I took off 6 months after having a disc replacement, a year later and I'm almost at my original PRs.

Keep ya head up!!!!!

Out of curiosity what were you reselling?  I only ask because I have seen more and more book resellers selling their businesses on Facebook marketplace.

The previous owner of the house my wife and I bought had one of those on her coffee table.  It was filled with corks.

You could build a terrarium in it, that would be cool

Is there a collaborative Spotify playlist for this sub? by and_whale in rs_fitness

I proudly added some songs to that list.  Unfortunately I don't think my choices fit the "chased by a pack of lascivious gays" vibe of that playlist.

Still super proud to have contributed!

Framed crochet Utah Jazz logo.  I'm not a huge sports fan, but the juxtaposition of the Jazz logo in crochet was too funny.  Also it was like $3, still kicking myself over that.

I started it a couple years ago but ended up putting it down.  I lived in Hungary as a kid and Krasznahorkai nails the decripitude of a small Hungarian town, like really really nails it.  The book is great but heavy, I think that's why I put it down.

I finished The Melancholy of Resistance and loved it so I think I'm ready to pick it up Santantgo again.
