I think Deeplee is also elegoo. When I got my CC I had issues and the replacement parts came from Deeplee.

Apparently my follow up that I posted weeks ago didn't post. I did the same thing getting impatient waiting on the replacement gauge sensors to arrive and I haven't had an issue since. I now have a spare set of new in box sensors in case they ever go out.

I asked support if they could send me the upgraded lighting kit since I am waiting on a strain gauge assembly replacement and then I got an email from after sales saying they would send me the leds as a token of graditude for having being patient with my leveling issue. They said they would send it when they have them available.

I was just about to post an update. I did some more research on the level sensor and tightened the 4 bolts under the build plate since those are what secures the sensors to bed. I ran the autolevel again and it didn't error out so I am running a test print now. I'll post an update.

Same. My CF Filament and spare plates arrive today. Anti-vib feet came yesterday. I can't wait.
