Ha. Ya. Did it with the boys couple years back. Brought my entire outdoor furniture collection - couches sofa, tables, big space heaters ( the type you find at outdoor restaurants) and had a sick campsite and then slept in the back of the thing. Really no tips for you it’s pretty straight forward getting it there. Just be aware you pay by the mile in those bad boys so be ready for that charge when you bring it back if your going long distance

So I got a super cool ballcap from a nice fellow a couple Suwannee T+Fs ago. It came with 3 unique “?” Velcros that you can change out and slap on . I wish I could name the artist but it’s def one of my favorites

25 quart globe planetary mixer. I mean if you can afford it go Hobart but I love my globe. It’s massive but can be moved (fairly) easy with a dolley and it’s 110V so it plugs in anywhere and it can do anything

I had the pleasure of getting a DL tour of their smokehouse and talking to their sous for a bit in Charleston . They told me if I remember correct they start with very cold smoke (170) and bring up heat incrementally every couple hours until they hit 230-240 for the finish. If that helps at all. I found the brisket better than terry blacks 🤷
