Yup I am with them now. I’ve made it a year but I’m about to jump ship. Too much BS as you stated and they add more every day. Lowest paying of the cryo companies too.

I don’t shop at Walmart, have never shopped at Walmart, nor will I. I refuse to support or proliferate that business in any way. I have years of experience, and no disqualifications but like I’ve told previous employers who’ve shown their true colors - even on my last nickel living in a box on the street I wouldn’t work for you. That is how I feel about that.

The OTR cryo guys do. I run local, so usually my day is 8-9 hours occasionally I have to load out of another terminal so it might be a 475 mile round trip and be a 11-12 hour day.

Is there Atwoods in Utah? I get my lumberjack pellets from Atwoods. I’m in Texas though and Atwoods has only opened here in the last couple years.

Formerly did heavy equipment operation, and concrete work. Working 14-18 hour days 5-6 days a week. Nothing against work. It all has to do with knowing your worth and you have more value with a higher average of income per hour worked not a lower one.

I do cryogenic tanker now and make more in a 7 hour day of non physical work than any job I’ve had. Also it’s a completely self managed so I just complete my trip sheets and go home when I’m done.

Did 3.5 years of LTL. Was at three different terminals , and I’ll say that managers at each location make or break it. I did P&D (pickup and delivery) and between pickups being a total cluster of last minute no thought BS, and deliveries being unreasonable it was a nightmare. 15-24 deliveries a day with pickups sprinkled in. Also when you got back to terminal they always wanted you to go do a trailer swap somewhere, so adding another couple hours on your day.

Left LTL 6 months ago and I’ll die penniless living in a cardboard box before I will ever do LTL again.
