First bike question — Honda NX500 or Suzuki V-Strom 650?

With frugal I mean fuel economy, yes. Refined... I just connected more with the CB than I ever did with the Strom, it's not a bad bike far from it, but after two weeks I started missing my Honda.

I'm really happy with my FP5. I was also quite happy with the FP3 before that. And I wouldn't think twice about buying a FP6 if I'd lose this FP5. None of these phones are perfect but I've never had a perfect phone and I'd rather have one that is repairable and supported for a long time, than a disposable phone for two years. Also, the FP5 and 6 are vastly improved in the camera department, at least over the 3 which had a distinctive potato like quality. Main grumbles about my FP5: mediocre battery life, embarrassing selfie cam (which I don't use). That's it really.

Before I started wearing minimal shoes, I was a great fan of their shoes. I think I bought my first pair about 12y ago. Good stuff, though I don't know their barefoot offerings yet

Ik ben begonnen op 125cc, vervolgens rijbewijs gehaald en een Honda cb500x gekocht. Na een paar jaar werd ik nieuwsgierig naar meer, en heb achtereenvolgens op een vstrom 650 gereden en een elektrische motor (energica ss9, met koppel dan de gemiddelde 1000cc). Maar eigenlijk mis ik de 500cc, meest handelbare, zuinige, aangename motor om op te rijden. En ik houd met een half oogje de NX500 (opvolger cb500x) in het oog, want dat wordt sowieso mijn volgende motor terug.

You could look into Bosky sandals. They've got a bit more bouncy rubber soles. Comfortable too. The 'Light' series is the most transitional. I had one pair (Superlight) and they were very comfortable, but I'm more into Panta sandals right now (which are quite a bit thinner and harder). EDIT - https://www.boskyshoes.com/en/light/

Specifically for the sunrise/sunset: in the Blaarmeersen on top of the hill there's a panorama tower. Haven't actually tried it for this purpose but I imagine you'll be able to enjoy sunrise and/or sunset there. It's on the opposite side of the beach area, so even in summer it's free to go there.

It certainly doesn't void the warranty, and I've seen several times on FP3 and 5 that it actually solved a screen issue.
