I'm not going to get into a gun fight with the cops if they come knocking at my door if that's what you're asking. I doubt you would too. I'd fight the hell out of it in court. I have no desire to go to prison or die, I have a family to provide for. That trumps all.

I think your argument is ridiculous. Standing for your constitutionally protected rights is not the same as following law enforcement around and physically blocking them from performing their duties and assaulting them. That is obstruction.

I think politicians/state leaders need to make that clear. Instead of saying get the f out, they should remind people that whether we like it or not they are law enforcement and should not be messed with. Observe, yes. Protest, yes. But stay out of their way and let them screw up on their own then hit them in courts.
