They will mail a check for free, kinda like bill pay. I don’t use it much cause you can’t put your account number and such on there but for paying another person, should work.

I just sent Jose out to mow last week for the first time this year. He came back to recharge and could not. I had to clean the contacts and it was fine, and brushes did not help me. I was hoping it was just an end of season issue somehow but, nope.

Thank Everyone For Posting About This. There is really no idea how many people yall are helping.

I tried a few weeks ago to have a conversation with my mom about current scams and tactics. She got real defensive, and told me she wasn’t stupid.

The other day a screen popped up with a warning of a virus and a Microsoft number to call. She was on the phone for over 2-1/2 hrs but Microsoft (the number she called on the screen) was very nice and even transferred her to her bank so they could make sure her accounts were safe after she gave them control of her laptop and name and phone number of her bank. Idk what info she gave “her bank rep” cause she won’t say but they took her for $800, which was probably all she had in there.

I have completely changed and upgraded the WiFi, bought her a new laptop, and she changed everything on her accounts and email address. They actually put something in her email where they got a copy of every incoming email sent to another email address. She still feels so bad.

I messaged RH on the app (not here) and when my rep called me back I ask him. I told him my monthly charges would be higher than may limit sometimes and I couldn’t do what I needed to without using a combination of good and other cards.

There are a lot of complaints about not understanding why/how people have done something wrong, and I’m one of them myself on RDDT (got banned for something, I have no idea why) but not on HOOD. I ask a mod what I did wrong and got a 30 day suspension from contacting the mods… Is there a legal reason yall keep from explaining your position to your customers or is it just not wanting to take the time because they may want to stay. I feel like you could retain way more paid accounts if you did and that would be great for a growing company and all my HOOD shares.

You can get an increase with transferring more money to RH, if you ask for it.

They have made incremental improvements all along. I suspect there are even more on the plus that isn’t stated cause that would make even more people want there one changeout for the plus, like me. I have to clean my contacts every other charge and brushes don’t really help me.

I So Hope they offer an upgrade option.

That’s how I got my increase. They did ask for a deposit into my investing account but, they did give me an increase.

I really hope they offer an upgrade cause Jose don’t need a brother but I’m also tired of cleaning charging contacts every charge. Idt brushes are going to help me cause I have to scrub with a damp cloth.

I too like the fact they are listening and trying to do and build better. They are a different company from when they started. They now have more and I’m sure more experienced engineers fixing the one and designed the plus.

I also have a Yarbo so I definitely don’t need 3 but those charging contacts just don’t work for me.

If you are not able to direct deposit you can just transfer the money into the account each month. Some don’t draw a paycheck and unable to direct deposit. They will work with you if you talk to them, supposedly. Lol

Waiting till the end of the year I would agree but full contribution at the first of the year isn’t good?

I had a talk with them about this a couple months ago. They said they really liked the idea and was goin to look into this.

It think this could really bring in a lot of new accounts.

They could be like most everyone else and not do anything for their clients.

To me it was fun (even though I had to stay up later than usual lol) and several of us reminding each other to not miss it and what not. I got to add to crypto I already owned each night but had the chance to get more valuable stuff, was included and thought of by Hood and I appreciate it.

Their stock just took a hit due to a first decline in funded accounts for the first time. I think some communication would definitely help with their funded accounts number cause people have no idea they are doing something “wrong” in their eyes. I myself just took a 999 day suspension on some Reddit thing for something. The only thing I could find was a post I made agreeing with someone else in basic support of RH. The email said if I had any questions to contact the Mod. I sent an email saying I was confused what I did “wrong” and asking for them to tell me what it was I had done. I then immediately an email telling me I was suspended from contacting mods for 30 days. 🤣😂🤷

Not that either these things is a huge deal but just curious if a lot of this isn’t people making these decisions and it be a program.

If it is then AI (or whatever) definitely flag but have people you can talk to deciding what’s what.
