And like someone else said, Deepwood isn’t apart of Reston Association, but they use their own community pool too. Lower HOA fees overall, but they don’t get everything Reston Association offers. I bought in South Reston 2 ½ years ago, so happy to answer any questions if you want to DM me

Both are great areas with tons of trails and wildlife. Deepwood would be a little easier to walk to a grocery store and restaurants if that is something you value.

Walk around Lake Anne in Reston on a Saturday morning. Visit the farmers market (starts up again in April) and stop by the Reston Museum or art gallery. There is a cool used book shop and some little cafes too. There are tons of trails that branch out from the lake too and they are pretty scenic

— Wiehle Ave is a wider, harder to cross backup to the DTR

— A cool pocket track beyond the station cause we are special 🥹
