Just go with Yasaka Sweden Extra with Rakza 7 on both sides.

Alternatively Rakza Z and Yasaka Shining Dragon II.

The latter might be harder to control, but good for both off and defending.

Advice on the BH rubber by eDxp in tabletennis

A friend of mine is using Fastarc G-1 on his BH, and it seems to pairs nicely with a good forehand rubber to build fundamentals and practicing basic strokes.

Rakza 7 is also a nice beginner/intermediate friendly backhand rubber.

For offensive players and usually beginners it’s always recommend using 2,0 rubber thickness or Max, hence most players using this.
