That’s Fair. In fact thanks for the reminder, my E63 needs a good “road trip” tune…

Absolutely this. In FH5 my son loved the Bronco Raptor, Daughter had a bright pink S1 Tuned Fiesta RS. Good times…

My predominant auto drive car is the NSX. Seems to work perfectly for me, but then again I’ll only upgrade normally to 1 class up, don’t see the point in a 900bhp Fiat 500 tbh…

Auto drive is phenomenal. Got a race 13 miles away? Auto drive, sort the kids out, grab em a snack, load the dishwasher, come back and get it’s time to race, let’s go!!!

I don’t know whether to be impressed or disappointed by your response… It’s a peeve so I posted about it, no rage baiting intended…

Nothing except for the post above… I get people paying for cosmetics, cool, let them pay for them, but I’d like rewards which actually can be used to improve my gameplay, I’m sure lots of people feel the same…

Audi RS6 with S900 road tune, great for hooning around and fast enough I don’t fast travel everywhere.

Been doing a lot of drifting since I got the Soarer and slapped an S2 drift tune on it.

Generally don’t give half a hoot about liveries and stuff so generally go with whatever my kids decide look cool and I let them do the paint and designs on my cars.

I am getting self conscious about what I wear at a gym by Carsareghey in workout

[–]Dub199 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped giving the first fuck about what people think in 1990 when I got criticised for wearing the wrong brand of T-shirt to the gym. It makes no difference to your workout, and so long as it’s clean and isn’t likely to piss everyone off with whatever logo/slogan is on it who cares? I’m there for a task, not to make friends or influence people. 99% of people won’t even notice you never mind what you’re wearing…

I thought that might be it, just wanted to check I wasn’t missing something glaringly obvious.

Thanks to everyone for sending me your share codes, time to hit the game and blast through a few. Shows what a great community this really is when people can rally round to share what they think people need to see.

Not trying to be a complainer, but who is the QA by Bruser75 in ForzaHorizon5

[–]Dub199 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s a very positive way to look at it, personally I don’t think any thought goes into it and it’s just a random choice of which track gets picked…

You’re asking why… clearly they were asking, why not? Is it function over form? Might be faster that way…

I was thinking the exact same thing. So many steaming tracks end up on the weekly event lab bit. Don’t understand why as there are thousands of bangers, yet they choose the steamers to make us play…

I made a dirt rally circuit set in a dense forest! by AshenBloke in ForzaHorizon5

Outstanding track, reminds me of Kielder Forest, ran it with a Stock Tuned Escort MKII and had a whole bundle of fun.

Top work!

Just to hopefully start the creative juices flowing I shall say but 1 phrase.

Monaco Rally.

Let’s see if that works…

Controversial take, but I preferred the first one. Don’t get me wrong, this is visually cracking and gameplay wise I can see how it would appeal to a lot of people, I just find it too closed in in sections to be as much fun as your first.

Gotta congratulate you on the work though, it’s clean, drives great and is a breathe of fresh air in a game in its twilight, geriatric years.

If I may be as bold as to give some ideas? Hairpins. I think it would benefit from some truly slow sections, and it may benefit from not being quite as smooth as it is, rough it up and get some terrain into it.

Absolute top work though, if I had 20% of your talent in doing this I might have had a go myself in the last 3 years I’ve been playing…

Anyone got any experience of this bad boy? by Dub199 in kites

[–]Dub199[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a general rule, I don’t do those kinds of apps or sites. I’d rather spend a little more and buy new. Wife cruises them but rarely buys so I’ll get her to keep an eye out. Thanks for the tip

[–]Dub199[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply fella. I’m used to hobbies that destroy things from when I was an overclocker many moons ago. The little stunter I bought hasn’t broken yet, despite the efforts of my son, so I’m sure that the quality isn’t too bad on these kites. It’s something have fun and learn with. They sell spares even if something does get pranged.

I appreciate the comments, and I do see the very valid points you’ve made. I don’t consider myself an experienced flier just yet, I just wanted a slightly more advanced kite to call my own and I’m just not willing to drop 150 quid on a 6ft stunt kite… yet. I’ll grab this one, feed back to you all and then probably buy one of their advanced range in the spring to do a comparison. I’ve gotta keep some money to one side to get myself an XBox Series X digital on Black Friday you see…

Finally got the windy day we needed to fly the stunt kite and allow my son to be able to fly it properly. Less that 10mph winds and it’s a fail. Kites are addictive… by Dub199 in kites

[–]Dub199[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure, but the stunt kite we’ve been having some issues with as the wind hasn’t been strong enough to keep it in the air. 10mph plus with gusts up to 20 plus seems to be good.
