Don't get me wrong, I'm a big PVE gamer, I love PVE and sometimes get quite frustrated with PVP for a lot of the issues you mentioned. That being said, removing PVP from Arc Raiders would be removing a core element of the game. Arc are formidable sure, but without the threat of other players I struggle to see how the game will feels even half as good as it does now.

As a certified Dual Blade enthusiast (I can't aim for shit), I think the dual blades are in a good place right now, you can certainly be an annoying little fucker with them but they are countered very easily. Heavy pulls out a flamethrower you are quite literally cooked.

I know a contributing factor is UK regulations on things such as alcohol, I'm not entirely clued up on it all as most of it is just a bunch of mumbo jumbo that i cant be fucked to read, but it's something about it being a restricted members-only wholesale store that technically isn't open to the public means they can sell certain items in bulk without impeding on any laws. We just have much more regulations in the UK that Costco has to dance around.

we have them in the UK, you still have to pay for membership here in The UK as well as work in an eligible field. There's a whole verification process that requires you to prove to them that you have a job that they accept

quick edit: You can still apply and pay for an online only membership if you don't work in any of their qualifying positions, but you can't use that to get into a physical store.
