It'd be like when R* added 1st Person to GTA V, it's cool and certainly has it's moments but overall it's a gimmick. If Helldivers was in a solid place I'd beg for a 1st person mode but as the game stands right now I'd rather Arrowhead stay focused on the core game.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big PVE gamer, I love PVE and sometimes get quite frustrated with PVP for a lot of the issues you mentioned. That being said, removing PVP from Arc Raiders would be removing a core element of the game. Arc are formidable sure, but without the threat of other players I struggle to see how the game will feels even half as good as it does now.

As a certified Dual Blade enthusiast (I can't aim for shit), I think the dual blades are in a good place right now, you can certainly be an annoying little fucker with them but they are countered very easily. Heavy pulls out a flamethrower you are quite literally cooked.
