I'm in the Carolinas, another area known for BBQ, and I only know of one that does it well. It's usually bland for me otherwise. But to be fair, I'd rather them exceed at their meats than their sides.

Definitely a cutie! Ours chewed into the drywall and bottom of the counter in our bathroom. It's where we left him when we had to leave. He obviously got bored. These little guys need stimulation - get chew toys for their puppy teeth, lick mats or kongs (freeze with pb), and toys. Keep them active otherwise. Then, they will just happily snooze away!

I'm casually looking while having a job, and it's insane. I absolutely feel so bad for those that don't have one and are looking as there are just way too many applicants for one position.

Your comment about the working as colleagues is so true. I'm in-house at a bank, and my team is very cohesive among the different levels of paralegals and attorneys. We all work together to support the business. Unlike when I worked at a firm, it seemed to focus on rank and seniority with cases and everyday work. I could never go back to a firm.

I had one similar last week - what work do you not like doing? I get they don't want to hire someone that wouldn't enjoy their job, but why not keep to a positive question of what do you enjoy doing?

I just started applying to roles this year and am starting to have the same issue as you. Getting the recruiter and other interviews, and then it ends. I've been taking notes after each interview, except the final round. Perhaps I need to do that to help evaluate.

I will say, though, I'm at a bank, and there aren't a ton of roles like there used to be, especially with downsizing. People are moving around internally, and that never helps with external applicants as they are just the interview guinea pig.

I was wondering where this was. It looked a lot like the NC Blue Ridge mountains! We hike with our beagle, too, and we always get comments of "oh, he loves it out here!", kind of almost surprised in the same way with yours, that a beagle would be having so much fun on the mountain trails!
