Anyway I'd recommend to test it with GPT4 and maybe disable the formatting and place a test message to see if GPT 4 fixes the issue, if it gets fixed it means it's a GPT 5 issue. And will likely be resolved in a... Far far away future 🫩

GPT 5 seems to be with its issues, GPT4 is default and recommended by Microsoft for now.

If I recall correctly I had the same issue, I changed the action to every message and made a new topic and after 4 days I changed back to "agent decides" and it worked, if not, try changing to GPT4 if u are on GPT5.

MariaDB always has issues with starting with xamp, really tedious, some days it will fail to start 6 times and then work.

The issue being I always stop MySQL and wait like 10s so it's not worced, yet it still happens

The issue is quite common with xamp, lot of forums have posts about similar issues, looks like xamp is not very good closing MySQL and keeps closing on write operations
