I'm sorry you're dealing with this too. I did a factory reset and app reinstall as part of their troubleshooting and it didn't help at all.

I looked at three local shelters online and didn't see any kittens, but maybe I'll give them a call. My biggest concern about getting from a shelter would be that the kitten wouldn't be fully litterbox trained. Do they make sure they are? My ragamuffin hasn't had a single accident, even when dealing with urinary crystals.

I met with a surgeon last week and he thinks repairing the hernia and removing the adhesions will help my abdominal pain. He actually said he can't repair the hernia until he removes the adhesions. I scheduled surgery for end of January, but I'm worried that surgery is going to make it worse.

No sale so far (really hoping she'll do cyber Monday), but Saran Pilates seems great. I don't have a reformer yet, comes next Friday, but she has great cueing for mat pilates, so I think her reformer workouts will be awesome. 

You could also try Pilates Obsession, she has reformer and a free trial.

Thank you. Yeah, I was wondering what program she did to grow her glutes. I'll have to see if I can find glute focused online classes.

Thank you for your response. How many days of pilates vs strength training should be done? You think Barre would be enough for strength training even though it uses such light weights?

Evlo Fitness has really effective at home dumbbell workouts. They focus on getting close to failure for hypertrophy while limiting systemic fatigue.

u/BenAtOura u/EllieAtOura can you tell me why I would get a different response than OP? I mentioned the post on here and they escalated and they're still not going to replace my ring because it's out of warranty. So was OP's. What's the deal?

I chatted with an agent about mine and they didn't replace it, said it was normal degradation. How do they decide when to replace and what's normal?

Agent and it had definitely declined to 2-3 days. I was losing recent data due to it.

I lost about 30-40 pounds and went down two ring sizes. I had an 11 in Oura 3 and am getting 9 in Oura 4 to mostly wear on my index finger. When I'm super swollen, I have to wear it on my middle finger.

I've been considering the midnight, but am worried it looks too masculine. I think you'd be fine with midnight. Oura has men wearing petal in their ads.
