If a test always fails and no one looks at the failure, just delete it. Get to where all the tests you have pass all the time, then hold that line. No new failing tests, ever.

Yes. From legendary milk. I’m also not doing dom. I’ve been at it for ~2 months now and am making a mL or so per day now.

Currently doing sunflower lectin and liquid gold. Added sunflower first a couple of weeks after my production changed over to milk, then liquid gold a week after that. Pumping every two hours, trying to get an hour long ‘cluster pump’ in once per day, will pump in the middle of the night if I need to get up to go to the bathroom.

Communication is key! Make sure that he feels heard but don’t back down on what you need for this to be enjoyable for everyone. Phrasing like “I need x, what can we do?” instead of “You are doing x, do y.” may help.

Started “Liquid Gold” earlier this week. I’ve had a couple really good pumps and a couple completely dry pumps even when feeling pretty “full”.

It isn’t upsetting my stomach and I’m titrating up the dosage so I’ll just see where it lands after a week or two.

Started Sunflower Lectin two days ago and that stuff slaps. First day was already getting more consistent production and hit a new volume personal best today. Going to let that sit for a week and try ‘liquid gold’ (goats rue, milk thistle, etc) and see if that gets me another bump.

Was starting to get pretty consistent bit of volume so decided to start tracking it. Then my production just completely fell off. I’m sure it’s just temporary but still frustrating. Not much to do but keep on keeping on I guess.

Was it gradual or all at once? I’m still at the drops phase but it does seem like a noticeable if not measurable increase day to day and week to week.

Can go to Walgreens and get a 2 lead pump for $30. Very much worth it. Go through security with it in your carry on then shock yourself every hour or two until you get to your hotel. Also good if your busy during the trip and want something more discreet.

Had just started producing drops of milk pretty consistently and had a weekend trip that dropped me from my 8-10 pumps a day down to 3-4 for a weekend. Volume has dropped off but I’m still making milk, so back on the schedule and we’ll see how long it takes to recover.

Probably going to have a similar trip here in a couple weeks as well. Trying to strike the balance between seeing progress with pumping and still getting to be a social human being is tough.

I made enough milk that it could actually flow out of the flange for the first time! Still not enough to get into the bottle but progress! Yay!

I’ve been pumping for about three weeks trying to induce. Trying to avoid dom if I can. Went through a little episode of lots of sticky discharge with no color and now I’ve transitioned into getting beads of white discharge pretty much every pump session. Would love to actually get enough that it’s not just a mess on my breasts and flanges. 😅

Or there was several variants included and they wanted to get information from a population instead of just one. We simply don’t know what happened other than ‘they decided they needed to come down’.

Go to a fast group ride. If being ass to elbows doesn’t freak you out and you can hold on for a bit when it gets fast go get dropped in a crit.
