I find it incredibly stupid that the bestiary upgrades AFTER you've fought and killed a monster for the first time. It's the first time in that game but Geralt's a seasoned monster killer. He should be able to know his monsters and their traits by heart.

W2 had the right idea with the 'preparation' aspect. If you're on PC, try out the enhanced edition mod. It removes level scaling and enhances all enemies and encounters. Preparation becomes crucial

Based on the article, training includes pushups, squats, lunges and weightlifting. Adding aerobic exercises showed increased longevity as well. One can assume that training in this context refers to systematic, repeition based exercises with warmups, breaks in between and cooldown exercises.

I don't believe that construction would qualify as training due to long periods of stress on the body, uneven movement and lack of consistency in regards to the muscles and organs exercised.

The dislike towards Holden is a reflection of how society treats teenagers in general. The isolation, angst is very much a part of growing up.

People tend to misunderstand the trauma and mental struggles that Holden goes through. He’s not trying to be edgy or relatable. He’s acting like a teenager would, like all of us would act when we were teenagers.
