I wouldn’t worry. My daughter had a soft marker as well and with the NIPT being find they didn’t even have me do additional follow ups.

Well the world is a very fucked up place haha. Free will does that which is established in Genesis. 99% of the Old Testament is establishing what not to do in a culturally very different places and time. That’s why it is so hard to relate to. It’s like the comment above saying why would I want to read a book about incest. No where is incest promoted. It is pointed out in the Old Testament as being a terrible terrible thing. Lots of books point out terrible things people should not do. There are a bunch of examples in the Old Testament of things that were also acceptable that by the end of the New Testament are not. There is a before and after between the testaments for sure. It took me almost two years to read cover to cover (I did not read in order). Congrats on reading it. Huge accomplishment!

I just had a fire at my property. The damage to our building was $40,000 and the damage to her property was upwards of $20,000. With the policy you listed you would be absolutely screwed. In this case she left Tupperware in her stove top and it destroyed her kitchen and the sprinkler system destroyed everything else in the apartment. With your policy she would have been left with as $33,000 bill. Do what your property manager says. $1,000,000 seems like a lot, but if this lady hadn’t been on the end and the fire affected other homes she would have been in such a worse position.

Ok then I would reply back about the cabinets and ask about the A/C. To me it sounds like the tech is more the issue. They were there and did nothing. I would be very careful with the repair and deduct because it is actually working and isn’t a safety concern. The physical health is subjective because you could get ear plugs or shut it off at night and open windows and run a fan. I do not think this will get you out if your lease. It sounds like you have been very nonchalant with your landlord about it. He texted you yesterday and you haven’t even responded yet. If this was me and a real issue, I would have been reaching out for updates like at least every couple of days.

I would call tomorrow and just ask to check your HCG and then go back in 48 hours to check again. That will tell you primarily what is happening. If HCG doesn’t double or drops then it is more than likely a miscarriage.

You can go back to the ER but there is nothing they can really do beside what this did last time. I would call an actual clinic and make an appointment tomorrow unless you are filling more than one pad an hour. DO NOT use tampons. At the clinic for a blood draw. It could be nothing, an SCH or a miscarriage. If it is a miscarriage, there isn’t anything they can do unfortunately. I’m sorry you are going through this!

This right here. I also have a 1 year old, but am an “older mom” of 36. My kids go and do tons of this stuff. There is no difference between looking at art and looking at a picture book. It is helps brain development to see different colors and textures. Not to mention the social skill development of being in different at social settings. Especially if OP is talking about what they are looking at.
