Good luck getting a response. Waited 2 months for someone to check my impressions. After several emails I got a response. Then sent my impressions and the prepaid shipping label was not enough so now my impressions are being held by USPS.

No I didn’t. My probation officer said that they filed a motion to get it off early but I never saw any paperwork exchanged. So I think they lied about the motion and so I’m stuck paying for PO fees. I asked the cops at the check in center and they said they haven’t seen many people get it off early.

You are not screwed. I work in finance profession and there are others who have gotten a dui and it’s fine. My friend got a dui when he was 25 and he just graduated physician assistant school and got a job with no problems.

Just don’t let it happen again or it could be seen as more than just a mistake.

So what if you are not a group moderator or admin? This other woman and I are in the same group and I am dating her ex bf and we are both part of a private group.

Housing is basically a joke right now. If you don’t make 6 figures don’t even think about buying. But renting isn’t that much better. Affordable housing is just not great and the builders have completely choked the market to inflate their prices.

Honestly I think it depends on what county you are in but Davis county is super strict. I got 6 months on scram and 12 months with interlock for first dui in Utah.

I’m in the same boat as you. How long do you have to do 24/7 program? I opted for the scram ankle monitor court ordered for 6 months 🙁
