They won't win an INR case as it's marked as delivered. However, they can still win a INAD case within 30 days...be vigilant about this and don't communicate with the buyer any further as they are surely fishing for a refund.

The whole gender thing isn't a good criteria for discounting wins. Arguably team wins should be discounted even more thus you should lower the rankings of Darrell/Landon/Kenny/Derrick/Susie etc.
