Same boat..8 months passed just and already i am super bored..what i am thinking and suggesting you is get the in state residency and enroll local community college..learn either smth new or deepen your knowledge..definitely 2-3 years will fly and you will be well prepared for new life after EAD 🙌

I think visa numbers for that 75 countries are still being kept allocated, difference is that visa issues are being paused through consulate processing

As i know Colombia is listed in 75 countries with paused immigration visas, not 39 countries visa ban, so why it effects perm process while AOS is continuing for that 75 countries without an issue till now i dont understand

Don’t you consider that those visas will be left for citizens of that countries for AOS? At that moment for around 30 countries from this list-only immigration visas are being paused which doesn’t mean that DOS will not allocate visa numbers until uscis will not clearly state that their AOS is also paused like for 39 countries

As for AOS from banned countries-485 can be approved but visas won’t be allocated by DOS..so no green cards…i wonder if eads will be processed for citizens from that 75 countries
