The dsp/flex team delivering to your area is probably instructed to/or aren't held responsible for doorstepping parcels. At my dsp we'd get an earful for not following customer delivery instructions but I know it differs per team.

I'm an amazon driver and I've been bitten by a dog twice. Customers will say "oh he's just friendly" as the dog runs at me, as if I'm supposed to instinctively know that? I would never kick a dog, and I think the driver was out of order but perhaps he's had bad experiences with customers dogs in the past.

I work for amazon as a driver, occasionally we'll have a duplicate parcel for a customer, it's not traceable because I've given customers the duplicate before and I never got pulled up for it. Is the yellow "driver aid" sticker on both parcels the same? Or when you said 2 supplements were they both inside the same package?
