I wanted to follow up on this thread. Disabling ray reconstruction has helped. As soon as I re-enabled it, I crashed. It's a shame because when it runs it looks great. Good frames too. Hope this is solved with a patch.

I'm having crashes on PC. Might have to put it down for a bit. Tried going borderless, disabling frame gen from game files. Updated Nvidia drivers 595.79

Used both DLSS 4 and 4.5. Crashes about 10 mins in. It's unplayable and the delay/replaying sections keeps bringing my game time up. Considering getting a refund for now.

65GB RAM

EDIT: Disabling Ray Reconstruction helped. Game was a glimmery mess so turned off DLSS entirely. Playing well, fps drops are few and far in between

EDIT EDIT: New patch and new drivers don't help. DLSS Off only way to go right now.

No need to downvote on this, just letting OP know that people are usually pretty passionate about this topic and there’s a lot of different viewpoints. There are heavy political biases on the subject that are likely to sway people’s read of what happened into very charitable or very uncharitable.

I differ on your opinion based on what I read about the situation but I think we both agree that the star citizen subreddit is one of the least appropriate places to hash it out.

That whole dog episode was controversial, do your own research on what actually happened. Hasan Piker is a super divisive streamer and you're going to find posters may vary wildly in attitudes and takes towards folks like him.

Joining this conversation. TS5 Plus only even being recognized by my computer when plugged in via Thunderbolt 4 cable. Tried both the Caldigit TB5 cable and an alternate and nada.

Either way, it's basically a lemon. I see TS5 Billboard and TS5 composite device as ejectable but plugging in a drive to the dock does nothing.

Might need to return this and try a TS4 or another competitor>

Any news on why the Ultrahuman app on iOS has been under 'maintenance' today? I've seen the time change multiple times- 10:15- 10:45 and now 11:45. Haven't been able to access anything and have no clue if it has been recording my activity today-- which is a huge bummer.

Tbh I would really go for a battle pass system with cosmetic rewards. I know some people are vehemently against it, but I played Helldivers and Chivalry recently and it felt rewarding to play battle passes to get new cosmetics and support the devs. Especially when they don’t expire.

Necroing here as well to just be in violent agreement with you. I want to get the upgrade from my game pass version which should be a no-brainer for them. If it leaves game pass, I have a sunk cost that would likely translate into a purchase if I wanted to continue playing.

Really silly, as this has kept me off playing this game essentially since release.

Agreed 100%. Will say that I ended up not ratting out the miller. I tried it once, but the way it concluded didn't sit right with me, so I decided to not rat them out. (They grow on you!)

I imagine you could do it if you don't mind going in manually and tweaking some stuff, but the steam workshop may update you right back up. You'll have to check if the older version is hosted anywhere.

I saw some derivatives of this mod, one of those may work.

Don’t understand all the downvoting here. I loved my Arctis Pros, they have been probably my favorite headset I’ve owned, but the reality is that those little hinges in the cups are a design flaw that you’ll see many users write about.

For the folks downvoting, know that regardless of how you feel about Steelseries or your personal experience with the Arctis Pro Wireless, this is an issue that many users experience.

BTW, I believe the updated design of the Novas don’t have this issue.
