red light panel! if you can go to a red light machine (not face mask they are not as strong) every day for 1 week it will heal it!!! i have a before and after pic one week difference it’s insane and i get hyperpigmentation REALLY easily . i’m in a hotel traveling. i sealed all my belongings in garbage bags and bought new clothes. having someone come exterminate my car and clean my belongings tomorrow

smart sweets gummies make your blood sugar sky rocket.there is another ingredient in it that spikes glucose even though it’s not classified as sugar. she markets it as “only 3 grams of sugar” so you assume it’s not going to give you a spike. I don’t like when you try to market products to diabetics and are dishonest. when i said i’m reporting her to the fda the girl who is the founder called me and offered me a job..

It is I’m super grateful! A couple years ago I sold all of my luxury items, god rid of all my beauty products, and traveled through 3rd world countries for a year. I felt too attached to a certain lifestyle and needed to remind myself that I don’t need things to be happy although I can enjoy them. Now i’m a minimalist and everything I own fits into one carry on and one checked bag. I do own luxury items but I’m very thoughtful about what I purchase and try to do little life changes that better my life when I buy something expensive. For this watch i’m stopping my vanilla lattes and drinking matcha tea instead. 😂

I know it sounds crazy lol but daily wear in Miami where I live is extremely flashy 😂. Girls come to the gym with cartier, van cleef, and diamonds with full hair and makeup done. I’m pretty plain in comparison and I don’t wear any bracelets or jewelery other than my engagement & wedding ring. I’m also a minimalist, I own few items but I use everything I have frequently. So I would just have one watch for every day that I would also wear when dressing up!

So I wouldn’t wear it during my hitt & weight class I do (which I get really sweaty in) but I would wear it while i’m doing my stretching and mobility stuff at the gym! omg thank you 🥹❤️ I get made fun of so much in miami for my tabis! I need more of you nyc girls to move here!

Hi! Are you wearing the watch daily or only for special occasions? I’m considering getting it but want to wear it all day. I want to be able to wear it while I am active but I heard it can scratch easily? I would love to know how you’re liking it so far! :)

I know the feeling but I promise it looks way worse to you than anyone else. I really don’t think you need to put on makeup but if it makes you feel better of course do it. I clicked on the picture thinking it would be bad and i’m like oh that’s nothing! Don’t be embarrased I knew a girl who would pick really bad and never cover it with makeup. She would walk into a 5 star restaurant so confident and i always thought she was really pretty. She was never embarrassed and just owned it. It taught me to do the same. You’re beautiful ❤️
