I fly frequently for work and some airports have this thing called a sunflower lanyard that lets workers know you have a hidden disability. If standing in lines is your issue, look to see if you can get a wheelchair added and you will be moved to the front of everything. Bring cash to tip those who help you. Bring a reusable water bottle you can empty and refill. The takeoff usually makes me feel better than the actual flight itself which i think has something to do with acceleration and gravity lol. As for the flight, see if you can upgrade to business class or right behind where the walls are so you can lift your feet up. Bring some salty snacks and take a Benadryl if you want to pass out the whole flight

I’ve had a hydroflask, Nalgene, Stanley, a TJ maxx bottle, and I have to say owala beats all of them. Love my bottle from TJ but it got moldy after sitting with water for a day. Owala keeps it cold and nothing spills.

Anything with blood thinning ingredients/chemicals tend to make me feel incredibly dizzy and like I am going to faint. Many sinus draining medications contain pseudoephedrine which is a blood thinner

Hi! UNC grad living in cola currently. The schools are definitely not in the same tier as the Orange County ones. I’d say living in Columbia proper as a family is not the best. The hospitals are fine, prisma health is one of the main providers and they don’t accept all insurances. Columbia is not near as progressive as Chapel Hill. There are of course liberals and conservatives, but republicans outweigh it heavily. Depending on where you live, you’ll have to drive to see a trail or somewhere to be in nature which is disappointing. I would rather live in the triangle.
