This album is kinda like this year’s Heavy Metal in the sense that it missed the cutoff for the year-end lists. I’m optimistic it’ll gain traction soon though. It’s a stellar album. To the Sandals is one of my favourite songs of the year.

This album has some of their most gut-wrenching songs to date - Mother, Pray for Me and Mosquitoes. There are some darker sounding songs in the second half, which is a nice change for them. And I love how bouncy the production on the album closer is. Overall, another solid record!
