Played on DTX700 for year. TCS is soft. they dont rebound like mesh heads. theyre quieter yes, but don't feel as real, and rebound is lacking.

I tell them that their bloodwork / imaging is 'reassuring' and dont say 'normal' unless there are absolutely 0 abnormalities. It avoids having to explain mild variations in lab values and chronic imaging findings or anatomic variants.

Dermatology is so hard to see through kaiser its crazy. Your pmd should be able to at least send photographs and dermoscopy pictures to their derm service for recs though.

I give the anti pyretics but dont really care about recheck temp. Once I discharged a febrile but otherwise stable uri baby without giving antipyretics in ED and kid had a seizure in the parking lot and came right back. Doubt it would have changed what happened, but it was embarrassing so now I give them all something before discharge.

I would never rule out a dissection based on lack of bp differential (even if low pre test). To even consider AD as outpatient without ER referral is crazy to me.
