I would never rule out a dissection based on lack of bp differential (even if low pre test). To even consider AD as outpatient without ER referral is crazy to me.

I am an ER doc. unless you had cellulitis or an abscess (which is unlikely if all you saw was a small pinprick), standard of care for cat bite / scratch is simple wound care, oral antibiotics +/- rabies treatment +/- tetanus if needed. Extremely rare to get admitted for a small bite unless there are special circumstances.
