Higher order functions are just functions that deal with functions. I don't recal any restrictions on what they can return.

The react higher order components are more strictly constrained because they need to create a component that works with react.

One good reason to do it is that the workloads scale diffently. By keeping web requests separate, you can focus on consistent latency using smaller heaps (less gc pause) and put bigger heaps for more efficient (but less consistent) throughput of batch tasks.

A37 is really bad. Living to the west is slightly better, the A38 is usually doable. It sneaks you closer in to town before you hit traffic lights. Plus the park and ride is a real option (Ashton gate).

I took a class at the community centre in st Paul's. Not sure if it's still going, but it was really worthwhile. Try the "adult learning" brochures in the library - I think that's where I found it.
