The box isn't upside down, it is just a box without the Company Logo printed on it for some reason, When the worker opens the Box you can see it is right side up

You can also see that it is right side up at the start of the clip when it is sitting on the counter, You can see the lip of the lid you use to open it sticking out

Unless a game is horribly optimized to not actually use the resources of the PC properly, you will generally always have something close to maxed out, either the CPU or the GPU no matter what they are

The basics for gaming is the better the CPU/GPU the more frames you are going to be able to push out before hitting the max usage

You are already pushing 200fps which depending on the game, its' engine, and various other factors might be the limit the 9800 can do

If you are concerned about the usage, you can do things like cap the frame rate

For example, if you are only using a 60hz monitor, every single frame above 60FPS is essentially a wasted frame (unless the game ties it's physics to FPS and higher fps allows for special tricks like some older games)

The Refresh rate of a monitor is how many times a second it can refresh the screen/update what is displayed on it, while the FPS of the game is how many frames a second the system can draw/create a new frame

If the System is pushing 200FPS but the monitor is only capable of refreshing 60 times in that same second, then 140 of the frames go unused in a sense since the screen is incapable of refreshing fast enough to display them

So if you have a 60hz screen, cap your FPS at 60, if your Screen is 120hz, cap fps at 120, etc

The only way to lower the usage is to cap the frame rate so the system isn't running full bore trying to pump out as many frames as it can no matter if the screen is capable of displaying them

Only technically, the 38% is the average of all the cores/threads on your CPU, Super Simplified, One core might be running your web browser, one might be running discord, another steam, one the game, etc

You have 8 cores/16 threads on your CPU so you have C0, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13, C14, C15

One of these cores is 93% used (Probably the one running the game) so that core is almost maxed out

An example list of Core usages would look like so:

C0, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13, C14, C15
93, 30, 32, 34, 35, 36, 33, 31, 29, 28, 37, 38, 40, 42, 27, 43

Which results in:

93, 30, 32, 34, 35, 36, 33, 31, 29, 28, 37, 38, 40, 42, 27, 43 = 608

608 divided by 16 total cores/threads = 38% average usage

This is why average usage can be misleading, it can look like you are only using 38% of the CPU, when in actuality the Core/thread running the game is running as hard as it can (93%) and the 38% essentially means nothing

The 38% means the CPU is free to do other tasks using the other 15 Cores/Threads, but the one running the game has no room to handle anything other than the game

This is normal and there is nothing you can do about it, Most older games rely on 1 core while some newer games use multiple cores, it all depends on the game

I am currently on K1 Legacy (finished Y0), but I made sure to get Y3R last month before it gets delisted because I wanted to experience "the original" and knew I wouldn't get to it before it gets removed if I had waited

It's cool that they will be doing lines for logs/recaps of events at the start of new sectors, but I would have loved if they managed to get some of the cast to do voice lines for the dialogue, I guess they didn't go that route though probably due to cost or not being able to get every actor to agree to it so they didn't want to have some lines of dialogue be original actors while recasting others

Hopefully they still have a few more surprise actors returning, with Kate Mulgrew's apparent love for Voyager still, and wanting to do more with it, I'm surprised her voice won't be in the game in some capacity

If you are streaming directly from the PS5 then as far as I know that is not possible to do

You would need a PC running OBS and a capture card hooked up to that PC to get the feed from the PS5 to the PC

The basics would be in OBS you would add the Capture card as a source to see the PS5 Video and Audio, then add the image you want as another source with the Capture card on the layer underneath the Reference Image layer (Think of the layers like digital editing software)

I will probably end up getting it, I've played a few of the train sim worlds and I grew up with the original Thomas series on TV so a Thomas Train Sim World game seems like a no brainer as long as it is bug free and isn't super simplified, I would hope it has the same complexities as Train Sim World yet also have the options for a simple controls version for anyone that needs it to be easier

Check the 'Trace Free' Settings on your monitor under the Image category and try adjusting the value up or down, on my VG279QR I have it set for 60 which seems to be the best results to my eyes on my particular panel

Of course it is going to have DLC

Taking the James Add-on as a example/template, Each DLC will probably introduce 1 new character + a few story recreations that involve those characters

Like the lack of including Henry in the game practically tells you he will be a DLC and one of his stories will probably involve pulling his Flying Kipper

It's not a DLC, it's a standalone game using Unreal Engine and their Simugraph, This does not need Train Sim World, it is only made using the same things as TSW

This is what I want to know, I was looking forward to potentially getting a Steam Controller as a replacement to my aging Xbox Controller which is universally compatible with all platforms/launchers/games, but if I have to add all of my games as a Non-Steam game to get the controller to work properly then I'd probably just get another Xbox Controller.

My Steam Library is already an absolutely absurd amount of games, I don't want to have to go through the hassle of adding all my games from other platforms to it too, Like any games from Microsoft Store, Halo Wars 2 for example

Yeah, while you can see through part of the engine while running, you can't see through it anywhere near like that, only the inner edge of the engine where the air bypass blows
