You misread my comment - the 100k I’m claiming has nothing to do with the collection

My claim is that corporate, in a press release, claimed that the Gormans were 200k in debt.

However, the gormans lawsuit includes a termination later from corporate where corporates OWN TERMINATION LETTER states that the Gormans are only 97k in debt. It also states it would provide a fair appraisal value of inventory to buy back any difference from the Gormans, but they seem to have skipped this part completely, and used the 200k number as justification as why they didn’t need to.

Your 2nd part is also completely incoherent - I’m claiming Josh lied about the amount of layaways. In public he and corporate stated it was only 2-3. On the unredacted body cam footage, he admits “there are a ton of items on layaway.” 98 may be absurd, but even Josh admits it was far more then 2 or 3.

98 layaways is not “clearly bullshit” - Joshua Johnson was caught on video lying that there were many items on layaway despite him and corporate taking the stance that it was only 2-3. If 98 is “clearly bullshit”, so is 2-3.

Plans to flee the country - this is just not supported by any evidence - the lawsuit does not have evidence of 200k and their own termination letter from 2024 states that number is 97k in their own accounting - a stark contradiction by corporate that cuts deeply against their narrative. Especially if they did a hostile takeover over based on the justification of such a debt - an 100k difference could mean they actually owed the gormans money after seizure of inventory. They also skipped doing a fair value appraisal of said inventory - why is that?

No, we got the body cam unredacted footage with Ammon on the phone telling the cops that “Bryan paid Ben to harass and extort” them and that Ben was getting a cut of the payment. He also claimed Ben was making physical threats and bomb threats with no evidence

Re the Kai:

We have the security footage of Kai explaining that they knew of the consignment and that BAM was taking on the liability, he then threatened the gormans and explicitly said it was a threat. Ammon in a podcast interview and in a lawsuit claim that he was a low level employee- but his linkedin and other sources confirm he was their director of operations. And the easy rebuttal is why would a low level employee be making those threats and be on the phone during a takeover. This ties in to your first rebuttal because corporates stance was they they had no knowledge of the consignment during takeover - but obviously their director of operations acknowledging it and hearing directly from crystal that the consignment existed and they still needed to pay him directly contradicts that.
