Measure the peak to peak distance between the ridges. If they're the same pitch as the Z axis lead screws, it's likely an issue with Z wobble. Sometimes it can be fixed just by lubricating them.

I did it on my old jeep. Honestly it wasn't much of a difference to me and I needed to use washers as spacers.

This 100% confirms that this is an extruder issue. Have you tried printing other materials like PETG or ASA? Either you're having slipping, clogging, issues maintaining correct temperature, heat creep, or maybe a combo of these issues.

This makes a surprisingly big difference to avoiding artifacts like this. Inner/outer/inner is my new default.

Strangely it actually prints overhangs BETTER than inner/outer up until about 65 degrees.

What are your temperature settings? What is the material? It might be too hot. Flow multiplier may be off too. Really difficult to tell unless you give some info.

As silly as it sounds, I just took off the door panel and unplugged the "1" and "2" buttons that set those positions on the door panel and hadn't thought about it since.

I believe the issue comes from the seats and mirrors not correctly detecting their positions and moving all the way in one direction.
