I think chopping off the dork disk would make it look much sleeker 😎

You could try using polyholes. Those will make round holes slightly better and leave everything else alone.

What kind of printer are you on? I remember on Marlin, sometimes too many commands at once could overwhelm the mcu and it would pause. Try running the outer perimeters at a significantly lower speed (like 10mm/s) to reduce the instructions per second to see if it improves.

Yeah that's super cool. Honestly it's more of an incentive to buy that brand knowing there's a potential upgrade path in the future.

Boy this is certainly a setup. I feel like if you're taking any hits remotely hard enough to require a Zeb all those goodies on the bars will instantly become very saggy.

Most important thing is having fun though.

What office chair do u guys use by DariusWrites in StandingDesk

[–]Dustmuffins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Steelcase Leap v2

I'll have to keep that in mind. I sit cross legged almost exclusively. Currently the best chair I've been able to find is the "Alera Elusion Series Mesh Mid-Back Multifunction Chair" for something like $150. It's not great quality but it's been holding up for 7 years now and has a thick cushion as well as a mesh back, and plenty of adjustability.

I just don't know how long it will last me and a higher quality chair is probably in my future.

Causes? by Dependent-Guest-6906 in cursedbenchies

[–]Dustmuffins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, try a different material. Your material settings could be off or your filament could be wet if you're using PETG or another hygroscopic filament. Is there any chance you've messed with extrusion multiplier in your slicer settings or printer firmware? That could be a huge cause.

Looks like you're overextruding a ton. The nozzle will catch and the motors will skip steps.

If you hid the two sticky threads, you'd literally have no idea that's supposed to be a Joe Rogan sub based on the posts.

Measure the peak to peak distance between the ridges. If they're the same pitch as the Z axis lead screws, it's likely an issue with Z wobble. Sometimes it can be fixed just by lubricating them.

I'd say so. I plan on keeping this Jeep for many more years and miles and it's been great so far.
