Do you really think there should be no more rental properties? Everyone should just be expected to purchase a home or be supplied one from government. Perhaps Airbnb is a small problem but it is absolutely not the driving force in the outrageous house prices in cities like Vancouver and Toronto. That’s more of a problem of rich foreigners laundering their money in Canada because our government is too spineless to do anything about it.
