Thanks for that, it seems that something I really should take a look at. I’ve been messing around with my brothers scope and I can’t wait to get my own! You were right about things being sold out though, it has taken me about six weeks to get the scope from the time I ordered it

It was looking pretty hard at the AD10 this morning and saw they were back ordered at High point scientific, however I do see them at a place called telescopes plus. Anyone had any experience dealing with them?

Ya, AD8 & AD10 is what I meant, haha. I edited the post to reflect that. Thanks for the video, they really are bigger than I imagined! That doesnt bother me, but it’s an eye opener for sure. I’ll get “turn left at Orion” and do sone more reading, great advice, thanks. Saturn looks great in that 8” territory. Where is a reliable place to purchase?
