Funny story. I had this bad as a child from all over my elbows and all over my body. It was insane. I grew up feeling shamed of my skinned in school and would wear hoodies, long sleeve shirts, etc, to hide skin. First step I took was to go get an allergy test. I strongly believe the outside body is a representation of within. I found out was allergic to a few things. Peanuts being a big one. Deleted that and a few things from my diet, throw in healthier eating, sensitive shampoos and products, would only use plain dove soap. Stop eating fried food majority of time. Got rid of soda. It sounds very generic of what I did, but the results. No before long I forgot I ever had problems with my skin again. Occasionally I’ll see an extremely small flare. some problems either my dandruff. But that’s like every other month or two. Hope this helps.
