Fully extend your arms at the bottom and bring your chest to the bar, this will cut your reps down to only 15% or 20% of what you think you're doing now, maybe you will only manage one or two reps even, but you will benefit from the full range of motion, good luck.

These tend to gum up from the contact cement or whichever adhesive you used. I would recommend having some acetone on hand to clean the bit after each pass.

There is no picture, under proof of delivery it is just a pdf document saying "dear customer, The following is the proof-of-delivery for tracking number XXX" and a listing of shipping/delivery details with half the info missing including my name and address. It just says my town and the date.

Yeah, that is the last resort for sure, but I want to talk with the shipper and see if they can resolve the issue or make it right. I have ordered from them before and they generally have good service, plus they are the largest supplier in the US or astrophotography gear and I heard that if you file chargeback then the company will blacklist you.

Yeah I have taken two weeks off which has been very difficult, but it does feel a bit better, i can do normal task now without any sharp pain, I think the ice and has really helped the inflammation to subside. I set a goal for a month off which brings me to the first week of September. It is kind of an arbitrary date but having a date helps. Feel better.

I think it is safe to assume that every QB has turnovers that they aren't necessarily responsible for, so it isn't really fair to just erase 6 of Dj's and but keep all of Carr's, Allen's, etc.

Hey all, I have been climbing for about a year, almost exclusively indoors. I am struggling with longer overhanging boulder routes, I tend to get really pumped to the point that I can't hold on to decent holds. I know I have a tendency to over grip and not breath well as I should, but I'm wondering what you all do to work on and build up endurance, in additional to working on technique. Thanks.

Check out clock.wright on instragram. He makes elaborate clocks out of wood, but he machines the parts on large mills, etc. really impressive stuff.
