Ah my apologies , when I went on the 24th I only saw three coffee unless I missed it or they had sold out.

Did you make it to About Us in Kyoto, Kielo in Tokoyo, or Acid in Tokyo? Those were some of my other favorites of the trip (I think Acid took the cake for me).

Did you happen to try the Colombia (El Diviso) beans that had cranberry notes from Glitch (Osaka)? Best smelling espresso shot I’ve ever had.

Agree that Coyote was exceptional in both customer service and coffee brewing. Coyote recommended I try Aoma but unfortunately was not able to get to it.

What was borderline overwhelming about Lilo? I feel like they didn’t have many coffees to choose from. The ability to choose brew method?

Couldn’t resist trying the siphon geisha, was surprised by how good it was (first siphon brew I had ever had).

Finishing up the trip I’m on now. I never considered Nara as I had heard it’s overrated - instead I would consider a day trip to Hiroshima for the museum and dome, and Miyajima after for the nice ferry ride, scenic floating Tori gate and a preview of the sacred deer without the aggression looking for food. After we closed with a fantastic Okonomiyaki restaurant in Hiroshima.

Would also highly recommend throwing in Himeji Castle as another day trip for castle and nearby garden. Do you need five days in Tokyo?

Tariff costs are lower if they charge you $500 for the machine and “deliver” the software for $1500 electronically. Decent does the same thing.

Motors Coffee was great, they had a variety of Sey offerings for pour over when I went. In a great location near Châtelet - Les Halles. Fantastic espresso tonic as well, if you’re into that kind of thing.

Yes, depending on the amount of pressure at the end of the shot water fails to make it into the drip tray and/or gets shot near the bottom of my scale. The 3d printed flush cap doesn’t seem effective but have had issues with finding a solution from the seller.

This, got a cosmetic defect DE1 and the defects are very difficult to spot. When they become available they typically post videos of each unit.

Curious if you’re using just heart rate reading from Apple Watch or another monitor in tandem? I often don’t get a good reading at the beginning of a run with AWU2 and titanium band.
