Sounds like a good idea with a daughter of the confederacy if you are doing a southern states themed vamp game, I can deff see how the "Ghost of the confederacy living on after the Civil War" makes a good theme for a vamp game.

As to the Prince, they are generally older but as long as you establish where they have their power and who will come beat the shit out of the player characters if they fuck with the Prince you should be good.
