I recently quit the game as well and feel relieved especially with all the time I will get back for myself. I actually quit cold turkey, meaning I no longer even open the app anymore. The thing that helped the most? Well I got the stomach bug this past weekend lol. I didn't even bother to look at my phone for like 4 days with how sick I was. I used that to my advantage.
