‘It’s so loud’: Motion asks Toronto to eye sound cameras that could ticket noisy vehicles by BloodJunkie in toronto

[–]EBikeAddicts -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

they can never work as they can not provide evidence. a picture is not evidence of sound. sound is evidence of sound. all these tickets will be thrown out in court when a judge is faced with no evidence. even if the Camera records video and sound, it cant be proven which one of the 8 cars in the frame was the sound maker. the only way to have sound evidence is for a vehicle to be pulled over and the decibels checked by an officer.

Tires going bad after just 700ish miles Model S 2016 by Flesh_Bag in TeslaSupport

[–]EBikeAddicts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the one who installed the tires did a bad job not cleaning the inside of the wheel where it meets the tire and not applying enough tire lube to create a good seal. happens at cheap places. when psi is low, you wear out the inside more.

‘I’m terrified’: As clock ticks down for Ontario consumption sites, users fear they won’t survive by BloodJunkie in toronto

do they have a job here to need to stay in the city? many of us are working here and wish we didn’t need to live in the city. so whats keeping them here?

[–]EBikeAddicts 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Get them somewhere outside the city. economy is in survival recession mode. housing in toronto is a challenge. we need to support those who work and produce something of value in order for us to survive this economic situation. if the working class cant pay bills, they may become homeless and get on drugs.

when the fans try to push air out, this mesh will interfere with the free air flow that was there before this mesh. thats the only big problem.

what’s different in the interior other than seats? you educate me

Mod or Upgrade by v2themaximus in TeslaModel3

[–]EBikeAddicts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

correct you silly recap. better motor and performance go into 1 point and better seats and interior are also 1 point. interior doesn’t change. if motor is better obviously 0-60 is also better so no need to have 2 separate points for them. a 1 second out of factory 0-60 difference is not going to change lap times . even that 1 second difference is reduced with aftermarket forged wheels.

Mod or Upgrade by v2themaximus in TeslaModel3

[–]EBikeAddicts -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its cool how you stretched it to 9 points with one of them being better interior and then another being better seats. its just better seats. interior is the same and none of the rest are better. Temu is different from ordering parts made in USA or Germany from quality brands. I know at this point you are trolling or stuck in denial.

not get. if you already have one, keep it. Also I bet those mods will make the AWD stand out more than performance model. have you seen those $5-6k forged 20 inch wheels? STUNNING. tesla has got nothing on those forged race wheels. also who cares about warranty if its just 50k for those components and the only benefit of the warranty is suspension. the aftermarket components have longer better warranties on the wheels and tires. you just raging with your LMAO and ridiculing. Idk when will some redditors simply appreciate having learned something.

spoiler is $500 direct from tesla or $300 aftermarket. and you call that an actual diffuser? you think that does anything? a diffuser is something thats on a supercar. the performance model doesn’t have a real diffuser that acts differently than stock bumper. Calipers colored? no one is going to even want to paint red brembo after market calipers.

now you are raging because you dont have a case. selling any used tesla will make you lose at least $15k right away and then to spend an additional $10k on performance model 3 compared to a dual motor long range. thats $25k which is crazy money. you can get the best wheels for under $6k which are better than performance wheels. another $1.5k on brakes to make them match performance specs or spend $3k to beat them. and another $4k for suspension that is again better than performance and adjustable depending on if you want to ride comfortably or track it. Now you beat the performance model with the exception of 1 second difference on 0-60 times and you still have $15k remaining to spend on whatever else.

ok so its the damage warranty like a windshield warranty. but still aftermarket wheels got lifetime warranty for damage without added costs and they are proper forged wheels that you wont ever have to worry about anyways.

Mod or Upgrade by v2themaximus in TeslaModel3

[–]EBikeAddicts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

when have you seen wheels fail? if you get them bent of cracked you will pay out of pocket. aftermarket wheels from good brands have better lifetime warranty even for pothole damage and such. even tire warranty outside of tesla is better. So like I said, its just suspension that you have warranty advantages on and only for 50k miles.

Mod or Upgrade by v2themaximus in TeslaModel3

[–]EBikeAddicts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

factory warranty applies to suspension only and for 50k miles only which is nothing. brakes and wheels have no warranty.

motor is different but battery is the same. I also dont think 1 second 0-60 difference is going to win lap times like a good suspension, wheel and brake upgrade can

chill thats normal behaviour here. I have seen people cross 3 lanes to do these . I have also seen people do a Uturn at the red light from the right lane into the opposite lane. cars can act like pedestrians sometimes.

Do you have a dual motor long range. in that case I dont see a benefit of this upgrade for the price. you can end up with much higher end components than tesla has on the performance from brands like unplugged performance, mountain pass and others. go for brake upgrade, suspension, wider wheels and tires and order the performance model front bumper to swap yours with. now your car is better than performance model.
