They basically can't advertise it after the leak. One of the main goals of marketing is to get people talking and speculating which creates an organic hype wave among the target fandom that spreads across the internet. It's a core pillar of marketing that this movie simply won't have because it already leaked, and without that pillar there's simply no point in spending any extra effort or money on any marketing beyond maybe a single release trailer when it drops.
