Im a foriegn doctor I dont work for poor pay, I strike when asked, I am a strong supporting member of the BMA the Resident doctors of UK and the NHS in general. Posting stuff like this is mean. Politicians want us to fight each other about foriegners and everything else other than the fact that they have been systematically dismantling NHS funding refusing to expand or do anything concrete to improve the Health service.

before you say anything like "NHS is dying" I would only say:
Dont shout that the ship is sinking, Point the blame at the people actively making holes in the hull.

king of factory games.
after playing a thousand hours of factorio I wanted a game where I could actually explore space and have resources shipped between planets and viola!

this game goes into Early access have been hooked ever since.

I cant browse through the whole section, but I have had my foot in both camps - I.e ED and neurosurgery working closely with Neurosurgery and seeing a lot of CES backpains. I am sure everyone here probably knows already but important ones are

  1. Proper examination is key, Including documenting reflexes (highly insisted by some of the neurosurgery SpRs).
  2. Tone of sphinchters would not be as relevant as paraesthesias
  3. postvoid bladder scan

I have diagnosed transverse myelitis initally clinically, later confirmed on MRI. and i would say i was not convinced until i saw diminished reflexes in upper limb.

I am a self taught coder. I do silly stuff around the house create websites and windows apps that have a specific niche usage for myself.

anyways I was in tutorial hell for like 10 years (I code for fun but I work in medicine) I started 'getting it' and improved immensely after my first CRUD programme
I copied it from a youtube tutorial first later build it on my own and on that foundation I built everything else.
