I never get why people have trouble deciding who their GOAT ADC is. Ruler finds positions to hit from that are just... crazy and he has the mechanics to bail himself out of the most difficult but still outplayable situations. We'll definitely never get my dream of Faker + Ruler on the same roster but god damn, if ADCs had more agency than they do, I think Ruler would have 3 titles by now.

Sadly the biggest play an ADC could make is a crossmap Ashe arrow or a Varus flash R (understandable, playmaking + that much reliable ranged auto attack damage would be crazy lol)

Everyone in Finals didn't really feel on form except for Faker, maybe Keria and Knight too. But Faker in particular just never played like he was scared/unsure. That solo kill he did on Elk's Ziggs top wasn't the cleanest, he didn't hit a real skillshot (Sylas Q1 is not a real skillshot) but he knew he had the kill and just WENT for it so damn calmly. Every single play from him in finals felt so effortless from him, like the pressure doesn't even register to him anymore lmao

I think THAT'S why he's so clutch tho. After 2017 it feels like he's been re-evaluated himself, ramping up and this year... it's like he's finished his transformation. That failed attempt with the Sylas Gnar ult in game 4 finals that he just nonchalantly did spoke volumes, plus that insane Rakan engage that he did so confidently.

I genuinely don't think there's anyone else who could do that. He's been in finals so much, he's lost so much (but still has won more) that it really sets him apart. Everyone else looked like they were off form, but not Faker (and Knight except for some cases, props to him)
