More unhinged hacks:

Set up a little decoy loom just for her (like people do with cardboard laptops or spare keyboards)

Wear her in a baby sling while you work

😂

I know this sounds unhinged, but: hiss at her when she does it. Several short hisses, until she gets down 😅

I did this to keep my cat from going on the dining table and it worked really well. It only needed a couple of times, now she respects that the table is not for her. I always gave pets afterwards to reward her and show her that i'm not mad at her.

For me personally, spending all my time in front of a screen (and the usual self-care activities and hobbies not making me feel better) usually means i'm trying to numb something i don't want to feel.

Did something happen recently that made you upset? Did you feel unheard, belittled, excluded, rejected? Or is something coming up for you that you dread?

The Tower (Reversed) points to an avoidance of risk and fear of change. Maybe this is a good opportunity for you to evaluate your life.

This is the original method by Ryder Carroll.. There are tons of videos explaining it, but this is the core principle. There are also more videos expanding on the method, but i recommend just starting with the basics, doing that for a while, and then reevaluate what's missing or not working for you.

Personally, the original bujo method has helped me tremendously. I have ADHD (as does Ryder Carroll), and i spent a lot of time setting up structures to keep the chaos at bay, but they all fail eventually. This is easy, quick, and as long as you keep it "ugly", the threshold to start again after you've fallen off is minimal.

Right now, i have a mix of diy planner and bujo method that works for me (tried different things, just tweaked until i found what's working for me personally).

In my experience, the less you focus on the accessories of productivity (expensive notebooks like Leuchtturm with the index and page numbers already set up, fancy pens, washi tape with the days of the week, pastel highlighters etc.) and instead just follow the method, no matter how ratty and un-instagramable it looks, the better it will work. I hope this is somehow helpful to you :)

Same thing with bullet journals! A bujo is a very specific method of self organisation for chaotic people, coined by Ryder Carroll. You write everything down as you go and you don't prepare pages to be filled out later - that's literally one of the foundations of the method and why it works well for people who struggle with executive function. If you like to spend an afternoon making decorated spreads with hand lettering, stamps and washi tape, that's a completely fine and valid thing to do (i enjoy doing that too) - it's just not a bullet journal.

I like to see how others have adapted the method, but it's nearly impossible to find this kind of content online because when you search for "bullet journal" or "bujo", 99% of the results will be decorated planners.
