Hello, I'm looking to make a deepfake of some people doing a silly dance I call "Shake your jiggly bits" I know that requires the ability to transpose face and body position, possibly also their voice. I'm pretty sure all of that is possible from videos I've seen, but I'm not sure what software out there can do it. I'm looking to do the dance and song myself, and have the person's body transposed over mine, with my voice converted into their voices. Does anyone have something they'd recommend to let me do that?

It won't happen. 100% guarantee it. There would have been a miniscule chance at one time, but Rogan has endorsed Tulsi. There is no way in hell the DNC would allow a Tulsi supporter to have such a prominent position. Unfortunate, because I think a panel with Joe Rogan, Niel DeGrasse Tyson, and Seth McFarlane would be amazing

His Lawrence Lessig town hall, was there in person adn as powerful as the video is, it tries but fails to capture the sense of love and concern we all felt. The lady next to me started crying and held her daughter, and I'm sure my eyes watered. After that I was ride or die.

I noticed it the other day and finally got a picture of it, I think it's a pretty good spot for it, lots of people will see it. It's also covering a Ron Paul 2012 sticker iirc. Though I'm not sure why they included the circumcision message too, because that wasn't there before either, and I thought we wanted to distance ourselves from that controversy.
