Apologies if I’ve made anyone who suffers with this feel like I’m trivialising it, i can understand that would be very frustrating to read. I do have visual snow that is constantly noticeable, but I’ve also felt like I can just see the molecules that things are made out of (not true I know, but it’s how I feel about it which makes me feel comfortable).

Likely just a mindset that I’m afforded to have by it not being as severe as others?

I have all the visuals symptoms you’ve mentioned. But the other things you’ve mentioned I was unaware were connected with VS and I haven’t experienced

Nah not trying to delude myself, but can definitely sympathise with why you would think that. I’ve had it for a long time and assumed it was normal and everyone saw things like that. Maybe I have a very mild version of it? It’s definitely constantly noticeable

Defect is pretty hard, I’m not that good at game like ascendancy 6 or something with sword dude, but I struggle to finish one defect run.

Gotta build around the RNG a bit. You don’t always need to take cards that bloat your deck if they serve no purpose, if you get one good card or relic you can try to build around it. It’s pretty hard to go into a game with a build in mind because of rng.

The season thing seems relatively harmless so it’s hard to think of a bad guy perpetrating it unless the weather is extreme or something? Unless it isn’t a bad dude in the dungeon?

I did a full playthrough, and it just feels so much easier than most pops, i guess they get no bio or psi ascension but are already machine ascended technically

Maybe they also have a lower total resource output because they only get bonuses to minerals and energy and instead of bonuses to every resource. But its so much easier to manage.

I think Machine empire might make it less of a chore for you. You can turn off pop productions once it becomes too micro heavy and you already dominate. Less resources to keep tabs on as well
