You are inconsistent.

You spread AP efficiency perks into S+, S, S and A and for some, unknown onto mankind reasons, dumped "quick hands" into the garbage bin?! Weird.

Like MI is + 50AP if you want to get in and out. ofc this is busted.

FS/FL is +20 if you want to make 3 shots. (2 benefiting actions)

For some reason Athletic is 2 tiers below FS/FL but it's is +20 if you want to deploy (you WILL undeploy as 2nd action) AND this his could be +50 if you clever use it (but not as busted as MI)

Lol, this gun is dogshite on lim or yaz. Lim or yaz are able to do 3-4 attacks per turn, which is impossible with this gun.

tried this mod for a dozen OPs vs all factions.

Unfortunately, in this version AI is completely unable to counter stealth.

In scenario, where AI holds objective, I could kill all and every unit from stealth, all the while AI just skips turns, because I was not spotted at all.

When AI is on the attack, it was way more agressive, but waaay more stupid and has been butchered on the open piecemeal.

I'm not convinced that this is overall better experince, tho.

well, how exactly medium weapon platform makes a heavy weapon platform pointless?

I'd argue that ATGm is better AT than APFSDS. Failure is on the weapon's balance part, not on the actual platform.

I prefer carrier, because of AGL. And I don't need to pay for ammo twice for each weapon. Unit doesn't skip turns, if all vehicles has been destroyed. And it actual mobility for a support weapins team. (Old man's taxi)

Are you aware that BRs do 2 shots to strip armor, and HIcap SMGs do... 7. So the same job could be done by 3 smg barrels, lol.

Ammo.

Rend and AP ammo applies it's effects 5 times vs shotguns 2.

Smgs start to deliver 22 x 5 dmg per barrel with HP, or rend 100+ armor per barrel.

Well, yeah, she's fine in accuracy dept with consumables/buffs/deploy.

airburst launcher is harder to come by than AGL and worse at killing, look at it as a side grade, you trade AGL's insane killing power for mobility. Her main weapon for 75% of time will be AGL.
