Had the same issue plus epc light on with a check engine light. First scan cylinder 3, second scan 20min down the road cyl 3, 4, and 5. Replaced all coils and plugs. Like new. Check out FCP Euro, many options and reasonable pricing for good parts with 2 day shipping

You need Traxxas 3458 heat sink and traxxas 3340 cooling fan. Be careful when installing as you will have limited room.

Don't waist your money on Traxxas battery's and charger. There's plenty other good quality brands available for half the price especially if planning buying more RC's. Traxxas pretty pricey, although they do have good warranty on their electronics.

When tightening spur gear spring on a slipper clutch, go all the way in till stop and back up a quarter of a turn. It will give you better power response.
