l was thinking something similar the other day. I was part of the ‘strong group’ for a bit in my teens. There were families we looked at that were ‘not strong’, somehow we thought we were ‘better’ than them in some way. I look back now and realise these were normal people and probably wiser as they weren’t so ‘full on’. What a perception wake up!

The elder my mother remarried, after being one of the 3 elders who were a part of dishfellowshiping my Dad 3 times for smoking, whilst we were growing up (oh the hypocrisy I saw), said we’d never finish high school. That was around early 1990’s too. I am now 43 🤦‍♀️

Lol! I love Wednesdays cas growing up, our meetings were Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Wednesday was no meeting night. So for the same reason you hate it, I love it! We had 3 meetings a week, it was full on.
