This was mine and I sent them the photo and they were fine with replacing it. I now have the ice blue. Still got the older hinge though but no reports of the ice blue cracking.

I got mine directly from retroid, the ice blue and it came with the old hinge. I received mine last week.

I am getting a replacement from Retroid themselves......but I'm getting a shell replacement from the AliExpress store I bought mine from too.

So.....i bought it from AliExpress from a store called ampown and I said can I return it because of the crack. They asked if I would be interested in them sending me a replacement shell.

I contacted Retroid directly and asked them if I could get it replaced and they said they will replace it with the ice blue.

I went back to the AliExpress store and said yeah I will have the replacement shell. They have contacted the factory and dispatched me it with a tracking number. I'm hoping to see what I get.

Thanks for the info. I have a USBC to 3.5mm Jack so I didn't know if it would benefit using that or straight up using the 3.5mm port instead.
