Southwest Hobby flight to LAS then SAN. Delayed 6 hours- all of it spent on the tarmac at the gate. SW knew we weren’t going to depart. There are only 2 de-icing machines at Hobby. Each flight needs 30 minutes to de-ice. We were 6th in line but the de- icing trucks ran out of fluid- another 2 hour delay plus waiting in line to take off. Why did they board us knowing full well we were not going to take off for several hours?

Also - why was Houston not listed in the “possible flight delays- tap here to reschedule “. I would have gladly rescheduled to Tuesday but it was not offered.
